Forms for sending a parcel abroad

To ship a package outside the European Union* with an express courier, additional documents for customs clearance must be attached to the shipment:

3 copies of the Proforma Invoice.

2 copies of the Free Export Declaration

*The current member countries of the European Union (EU) are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary.

If shipping abroad to a country that adheres to the European Preferential Agreements, in the case of goods of preferential community origin, it is possible to access a preferential taxation regime by including in the body of the Commercial or Proforma Invoice the:

Preferential Origin Declaration

If the contents of the package are a liquid (or other suspicious material) that is NOT HAZARDOUS and not included in the list of Prohibited Items, it is mandatory to add to the shipment:

2 copies of the IATA Declaration (declaration of NON-HAZARDOUSNESS) in Italian and English.
