IATA Declaraton

To ship a package abroad with Online Express Courier when the contents of the package are a liquid (or other suspicious material) that is NOT HAZARDOUS and not included in the list of Prohibited Items, it is mandatory to assume responsibility for the non-hazardousness of the item through the IATA Declaration (Declaration of NON-HAZARDOUSNESS).

The IATA Declaration must be reproduced in 2 copies in both ITALIAN and ENGLISH.

Filling Out the IATA Declaration

Filling out the IATA Declaration is very simple because the template is already prepared, and you only need to add the following information:

• Name and surname and Title (Shipping Manager, Owner, etc.)
• Invoice number and date (only if the goods are accompanied by a Commercial Invoice)
• Package Tracking Number
• Original stamp and signature

The IATA Declaration (in both ITALIAN and ENGLISH) must be reproduced on letterhead with stamp and original signature from the CEO or authorized person.
